Returns
We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@247huntco.com.
Once a return label has been issued, the item must be received by USPS within 7 days of receiving that label.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
24.7hunt reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for any item we deem to be damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return it to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items with stains, tears, rips, or dog hair
- Items with strong odors such as smoke or perfume
- Items with missing tags or original packaging
Sale items
All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any discounted merchandise. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This applies to all promotions and sales.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 5 days for the return verification process. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is the result of a mistake made on our part.
