Once your order is received, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing, excluding weekends and national holidays. After processing is complete you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your order label is printed, which means the shipping process has begun. Your tracking number will update once USPS scans your package into their system. It is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment status for several days. Please only contact us if your order has surpassed the estimated shipment window.

The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting USPS or your selected carrier directly to open an investigation.

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to an address discrepancy, you will be fully refunded.

If your order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes. 24.7hunt is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Yes. International orders may be subject to additional customs and duties fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not collected or paid by 24.7hunt. As the customer you are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before ordering.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@247huntco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once a return label has been issued, your item must be received by USPS within 7 days of receiving that label.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item we deem to be damaged, worn, or altered. Items that cannot be returned include anything with stains, tears, rips, or dog hair, items with strong odors such as smoke or perfume, and items with missing tags or original packaging.
If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to send it back to you at your expense. If you choose not to have it returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.

No. All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any discounted merchandise. This applies to all promotions and sales events. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for the return verification process. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is the result of a mistake made on our part. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We apologize for the mix-up. Email us at info@247huntco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the name and email used on the order, a description of the issue including the item you ordered and the item you received, and a photo showing the defect or incorrect item. We will provide a prepaid return label and make it right.

Not necessarily. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolution, and display calibration. 24.7hunt cannot guarantee an exact color match between what is shown on screen and the physical product.

Sometimes. We prioritize bringing in new merchandise over restocking existing styles, so restocks are not always available. If you want to be notified when a specific item comes back in stock, visit the sold out product page and complete the Notify Me When Available form to receive an email or SMS alert.
